Frequently Asked Questions.

Individual sessions start at $180 with a duration of 50 minutes per session.

While I do not take insurance directly (I am an out of network provider), I can provide you with a superbill of billable sessions that can be submitted to your insurance company for probable reimbursement.

Yes! However, my in-person availability is on a limited scale at this time. My in-person location is in Sherman Oaks, California. Should you want telehealth, I can work with you from anywhere you are so long as you are permanently residing in California.

I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to assess if we could be a good fit prior to scheduling a full 50 minute session with you!

At this time, I do not work with couples or anyone younger than 16 years old. Should this be you, I do my best to provide referrals to anyone I cannot work with directly 🙂

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
